service engine light came on

I was driving in 5th at about 75 mph, when all of a sudden a bright yellow porche turbo (the badass 150k turbo) just appears on my ***. He then passed me looked at me and laughed, that pissed me off so I drop it into 4th and start to hit it and my service engine light comes on. so I back off and do not take off, not that it would of mattered, but I would have at least tried.

I was going to my parents and had no way to read the code. I reset the cars memory and it went away. I drove 3 hrs home and it did not come back on. I did not geet the code though, making it hard to know what happend. Now that it is colder I have noticed the car boosting to 22.5 where as on a normal day it would be 21-21.5.

Shiv or whomever do you guys know what it was or what caused it.
thanks

I bet it's a P0300 Random misfire, just like I and many are getting. I also heard gapping the plugs does not fix it.

Shiv,

I am also getting the 0300 code (twice yesterday). The gapping did not resolve it. Any additional thoughts would be helpful.
