I have everything I need for my stage 1+ except the XEDE. Are you sure that they will be in this week for shipment? I guess you could say that I am getting a little anxious with the dyno day less than 2 weeks away.

No problem getting it in time for the dyno day. I'm even going to be bring a few just in case. However, we are expecting a shipment of XEDEs today (assumning DHL delivers on MLK day). They are all spoken for and will go out asap. Without knowing your name, I'm not sure if it's going out to you. Send me a PM with your full name and I'll check.

shiv...i want to order one, but no one picks up when i call...and my messages do not get answered. Can you suggest a way in which i can order one?

Doing a Dynoflash and going with Al....Hehas made me a promise to a 300 plus whp mark..We are doing a full 3 hours on the dyno at Pruven Performance and were doing before and after EXEDE...Im doing a Apexi' MBC and he is doing the reflash for free!!! All i have to pay is Pruven for the dyno time. He has answered every call and gave me his cell phone number. Probably the best customer service I have ever gotten from anyone!!! Were going up next Wed. me and my other brother with his Evo...Oh yeah..and he is giving him a free reflash update since he has already gotten reflashed a few months ago....Im bringing my video camera and will be taping Al, he said he will take us for a ride in the Evo and he brought my brother for a ride his first trip up. Ill post the video when we get back!!!

Shiv maybe slow at updating the website but they pick up the phone almost all the time, Brett and Ken are always on the phones. I call around 2pm or later EST and seem to always get someone.

 

I've also called a lot, including when I had my WRX and got some parts then. I'd say I get through to Brett or Ken 9 times out of 10.
