What happened to MP5?

He is in a Timeout? I'm not trying to stir up anything and I apologize to Shiv for being off topic your forum, but WHAT HAPPENED?

And to a lesser extent , is DynoKing ever coming back?

i'm not sure but i did see a couple choice comments made in the aftermath of the whole "BuschurFlash WOW" thread that i am guessing caught some attention.

i'm not saying all the mods had it out for him but from what i've gathered some are nastear than others (got my first warning today!)

limey.

The timeout period is not a specific length of time. It merely puts the users account into suspension until that user contacts Mark and discusses the situation. A person could be in timeout for 15 minutes or for a month. It depends on how quickly that user and Mark can come to an understanding.

We are trying to find ways to give people more chances to fly right. So to be banned under this scheme (4 warnings=timeout, 6 warnings=ban) you really have to be trying hard.

Regarding MP5, I don't recall what he did to earn his 4th warning. But he had been banned approximately 5 times in the past 2 months...thats 20 formal warnings he has earned so far.

No Mods have/had it out for him. He would just draw undue attention to himself by the way he would act at times. And after giving a person as many warnings as he has seen, the Mods could be less willing to just give him informal verbal warnings.

Well, please don't keep him off for too long as he is a part of the Vishnu Dyno Day March 13th in Dallas. Besides that he is pretty entertaining if a bit crude at times!

Not quite true. By my records I have 7 warnings total(On MP5 1 additional on another user name). Of the 7, 6 were revoked by KK himself for multiple reasons that need not be gone into. The other "ban on sites" were instant bans by you secret and were ordered if I posted. That was a result of my ignorance that you helped me clear up . As for this recent "timeout" was given through pms with a lovely mod that instantly timed me out. Its fine Im not mad and luckely KK and I see things in a sane and professional manner as he always help to resolve issues
