It's been removed since the last revision of the baseline maps. I can put it back up there but it will take a few days to show up. You can make one yourself by simply zeroing out the MAF and Crank and Knock tables. The only table that will have numbers in it will be the boost table. To achieve stock-like boost levels, set all the cells to 85%. Voila, instant stock-like blank map.
