Shiv - going from Xede 1.0 to 2.0??

What do I do with all the cut wires I will have when going from the old school Xede to the new one??? It looks like the Xede 2.0 only wants you to cut the boost wire, which i dont even need since im running an ebc. (none of my maps use the boost tables) And on the Xede 1.0 there are 3 or 4 ecu wires that are cut....

I got mine put in down in Portland like a year ago, and have been living with the cel ever since. Can I ship mine back now in prep for the 21st Portland tune???

There should be instructions on the Vishnu site. Basically, you can just re-attach all the previously cut wires.

The boost wire is actually pulled out of its pin and replaced with the XEDE boost wire... no cutting involved. Since you're not using it, you may be able to get away with ignoring that step. If so, you would just need to plug in the stock harness to the XEDE and plug everything back in.

Try running the new XEDE w/o the boost connected and see if you can get a green light to display. If you do, then things should be fine. If not, then you'll want to plug in the boost wire as well.

I used solder and heat shrink tubing for insulation. Then I taped up the original harness just like stock and you would have to dissect the whole thing to ever detect that it had been altered.

Yea im getting one with a harness. On the old Xede, you had to cut all the wires required for install.
