I was at the Texas Dyno day and if I remeber correctly a lot of the EVO's were running loe boost and Shiv had to do that quick fix to raise the boost. What exactly did he do? I know that my pill is removed so what else should I do in order to raise the boost if I am low. My car is going in tonight to get all the gauges istalled. What peak boost shoul the stage 1 be running?

I just installed one of our little in-line bleeders in the vacuum line going to the wastegate solenoid (the same line that had the pill which you pull out). Doing this extra step is only necessary if your boost maps are maxed out (100% duty cycle) and boost still doesn't peak at ~22psi. Of course, an XedeFlash will be necessary for such a boost curve.
