Kit between stage 1 and 2?

Hey Shiv,

I noticed on the web site that your stage 2 is expected to produce 550-600bhp which is fricken nuts, but my question is I assume you sacrifice later spool then stock for high end power, any plans for anything above 350hp but below 550hp with close to stock spool up or does the 550 number have stock like spool and it happens to produce good power as well? Thanks

Here's some info on the Stage 2 options if you haven't yet read until Shiv can reply.

There will be some benificial additions to the stage 1+ package that will produce some nice gains for those that dont want an expensive and nutzo turbo

I'll look forward to that, I think I want to just fully utilize the stock turbo, IC, fuel system etc and what ever I can get on 91 is going to be fine, heck the car is already fast! Thanks for the links and replies.

I also would be interested in where I can go beyond Stage 1+, without a turbo upgrade. I was under the impression that the stock turbo was close to its theoretical airflow limits. I suppose that adding new substances to the cylinder charge mixture would be possible -- water injection or nitrous... Both of which increase the risk of serious complications.

And of course, if you are willing to do internal engine work (below the head), you could bore and/or stroke the engine, but increasing cylinder volume without increasing the turbo's airflow capacity is not going to gain you much in the way of power. Although a stroker kit could have some significant gains in low-end torque.
