Shiv, any update on getting me my new Xede?

This is the one that does not always turn on, it has actually gone about 2 weeks with no hiccups.

Shiv are you out there?

I thought you were getting some new ones a couple of weeks ago?

Good to hear. I've noticed that all I had to do to fix one such intermittent XEDEs is to unplug the xede connectors and plug them back in. I suspect there was a improper contact with one of the terminals. I can replace it with one of the new XEDEs that I got this week but it may already be fixed if you did just that. Also, the new firmware that we're about to officially release does change the start-up/power-on procedure on the XEDE.

So will I just be able to download the new version? I ran the car last night and got a 12.55 at 109.64.

Yes, I hope to have it on line and downloadable late next week. I'm off to Portland within the hour and I won't be back until monday.

Those are pretty good times considering the 60' time. With launch control, you shouldn't have any problem doing repeatable 1.6s 60 foots. That alone, should get you to the 12.1-12.2 range without any improvements anywhere else. A twin plate clutch will also help, without a doubt.
