Rear sway bar detail????

So Shiv, what are the specs in your rear sway bar. I seem to remember someone mentioning tubular. I have been in the market for a rear sway bar and am waiting to see Vishnu's version. I had tubulars on my 911 and liked the weight savings they offered, I would like the same for my EVO. When will they be available? How much?
Thanks

Wasn't your 911 a torsion bar. The 996 and 993 are both similar to the Evo in that they are solid bars. Or at least the one I have is.

All 911's before 1989 (except for the 1989 C4) used torsion bars front and rear instead of springs AND used swaybars. At 1990 and newer Porsche finally droped trosion bars and used conventional coil springs.

Thanks for ironing that out Winston. Maybe I should have posted that a had a 1973 911S, White in color, with black sport seat option. It had a 1973 gt spec. built motor by pro-technic that put 209hp to the wheels. Suspension consisted of tubular torsion bars and some quite rare hollow sway bars, all aftermarket. With a vin of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I guess i wasn't specific enough.............
