Smile Thanks to our supporters at Mitsubishi :)

Big thanks to our supporters at Mitsubishi Motors for donating us an EVO 8. That now makes for a total of 3 shop EVOs Brett just drove it up from their headquarters in LA this afternoon. It's a completely stock, beautiful Silver EVO wtih just 1600 miles on the clock. We're digging into it on Monday.

And I would have been happy with just a T-shirt

Cheers,
shiv

Have them send me another one while they are in the giving mood. I would gladly do some "testing" on it w/ your big turbo kit.

Wow... an official recognition. That's awesome. I wonder what kind of implications this move has by the Mitsubishi Motors....

Yeah, whats in it for Mitsu? You know they would void our warranty for having performance parts on our cars. Why would they want to give a tuner a free car???

Voided warranty or not, this helps them sale more cars. They could choose to ignore the aftermarket or embrace it. Luckily for us, they’ve chosen the latter.

I was reading in one of the mags about the FQ 330. Makes power over the base model with the help of a "piggy-back" computer, 3" exhaust, and modifications to boost, timing, etc.

Sound familiar?

Just don't let Ken drive it. I thought you wanted white? Oh well I would not complain if somebody gave me a EVO.

Good luck with it!

Mitsubishi wants everyone to void their warranty.
It saves them a lot of money when you actually have to pay for repair.

MMM, Hey Shiv any chance to you could be like a Steve Saleen? Factory Warrenty buy at the dealer all hopped up? Vishnu Evo Sounds good. (Now all you need is a body package and some sig wheels). (have rays make them for you ) Number them and add a Sig plate on the Valve cover. Number all the Evo.

That WOULD ***EN SWEET!!!!

Or even a dealer install network. Finance all addtions with install at the dealer when buying a new car.
