XFlash and apexi air filter

I know the Vishnu base maps don't account for air filters - so if I have an Apexi filter mated to a HKS pipe, do you think this will be a large problem? Largely the Apexi filters have been problem free vs the HKS filters. Just thought I'd ask you guys if you knew.. thanks.

Okay, scratch. How about, base maps and how they react to ANY air filter, in general? Is there something I should be worried about (running lean midrange) or anything else?

The MAF sensor seems to be calibrated to the volume and flow of the stock air box. Anything different then the stock air filter will give it fits.

Mitsu, for some reason, has made these MAF sensor very sensitive.
