My wife made an order for me on Tuesday - Just the Xede unit which you had instock. I called her credit card company to see if it had been charged and it hasn't. I am wondering if something has happened to her order. If so, what do we need to do to fix it. I can't call during business hours (due to my job) and I have never gotten an e-mail reply, so I don't know how else to get a hold of you. Thank you in advance for your help.

I called my credit card company today and to ask if there was a problem (finally got a hold of a human) and they had it flagged because I filled up both of our cars with gas at the same gas station in the same day. I answered some questions and everything looks good, so if you guys are having any problems with them please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me. Thank you.
