Help!!!! XEDE connectors.

Hi I bought the XEDE used from a friend that is leaving the country and had to sell his EVO. The blue cable that is supposed to be inserted in the ECU plug instead of the light green one is missing the female connector. Does anyone know where I can find one? Radioshack does not carry these. Also some shrink tube would be nice.
Thanks

Leo

Sorry but you won't find them at radio shack. They're a special order item from Tyco. I think I have a reel of them at the shop. I'll check when I get to work. Check back here tomorrow

hiya... forgot to check for the connectors again. I wrote myself a little sticky to remind me tomorrow (fri) As for my next tuning trip to CO, I think there is something in the works but I'm so clueless usually that I don't know where I'm going until the airline tickets show up

C'mon shiv, should have used the Tyco/Raychem MTC connectors on the XEDE. Much more reliable, quick disconnect mechanism, Boeing approved on the 737 aircraft and low profile. They do cost more than your current set-up, but we all quality don't come cheap (that's why we chose Vishnu, right ?)

True but Leo's talking about the factory type terminal that gets pushed into the Tyco connector

Hi Shiv, speaking of connector repair, did the harness get straightened out on Kevins' old Xede. Just wondering when it may get shipped out. I know you guys have been busy, so no rush. I just wanna know when to expect it.

Thanks,
Jason

Yep, its firmware was updated yesterday and its already in a box ready to ship to you today. BTW, I replaced the harness with harness I was using in my own car. Kevin and Al really did a good number on the old one
