Just get a whole bunch of them and bring 'em to each of your dyno days. Heck, I'm sure you could even sell them on your site... I'd definitely buy one

Paul, how do you think the KD's stack up to the stock tires, and do they come in 18" sizes?
Stock tires are awesome and they better be considering how quickly they wear out! I got 4k out of mine with NO autocrossing or track time (there was a small amount of drifting involved ). The KD's don't steer quite as well especially on center (I have yet to feel any tire that does). but they offer slightly better grip and much better wear. A worthy trade of if you ask me...

I see ... sounds like a no-brainer to go with the KD's then. Trading of some steering feel for better grip ... Do the KD's come in 18" sizes (245 or 255)?

I love my Advans but yes 10 cents a mile is steep when most of my driving doesn't require near W compound. But, I agree that you do not want to tank your handling on this car to save on tire costs. I was looking hard at the new pilots and still am but I appreciate knowing that there is yet another grippy alternative with a higher tread wear rating. Thanks for the heads up cause its time to get my sweetie new boots.
