Angry More than 3 weeks and no support

First of all let me say that I have used this as a last resort. I don't like to post anything that would in any way harm a vendor reputation but I am at a point of exasperation. I hope this thread does not get closed.

I have been trying to get a hold of anybody at vishnu for the past 3 weeks.
These is what I have done:

2 e-mails to sales@vishnutuning.com
4 e-mails to shiv
1 e-mail to brett
1 phone call

After all this, I still got no response about my terminal issue on the XEDE.
I believe vishnu sells amazing products but their support is not up to par. It's a real issue for us customers.

You only called once? Whenever I need to get ahold of them I usually have to dial back a couple times. No big deal.
I found that calling is the best way to get in touch with them, Im sure their PM boxes and e-mail are always full.

Pick up the phone and call again. I have never received a return email from Vishnu. I have called them several times and only once have I gotten an answering machine.

You need to call more than once, bro. I've never had trouble getting help if I try a few times. If you get voicemail, they're on the phone helping someone else.

Hey guys, I'm the only one here today, Ive been trying to answer all the calls today, at one point I had both phones to my ears lol. Just keep calling I'll be here for another 1 and a half to 2 hours or so.

Shiv told me about getting a few xede terminals in, they did not come with the previous shipment but I believe they are coming with this next shipment we just ordered.

You have to keep calling. I find that to be the best way. I know they are constantly answering the phones when they can. I call all the way from Hawaii and I manage to get a hold of them after a couple of tries. When you do get a hold of them they are always helpful. Keep trying man. Good luck.

Hopefully I'll try again tommorrow. What's the turnaround time on that XFlash?

Turn around time is however long it takes you to get me the ecu plus 1 day. I get the ecu, have it flashed, overnight it back to you. This week I need it by thursday at the latest, or next week by wednesday at the earliest, as we will be gone for car and driver.

I've been to Vinshu, I can tell you that the phones never stop ringing. Very annoying when I'm trying to ask questions.

We answer phones allllllllllllllll day. If you cant get through, just try again....because we do pick up every single call that we can. Like brian said though, we have been a bit short handed the past week....but brian has been doing his best to pick up every call... Cuz he loves all of you!

You have to understand some of these companies don't have a lot of employees. I used to run an aftermarket mail order out of my home and it got so big that I opened a tuning shop. That got too big as well and having to talk to 100s of people on the phone all day is not fun and they turn around and buy from Summit Racing (that was when Summit started in on Imports).

I have never dealth with Vishnu but I'm sure they are bigger than my 4 men shop and have way more customers. Also, most of the time it's not always the tuners fault because we out source or at least I did. My shop made the 1st Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft for the 3000GT VR4 and had a 2 year contract with the company that made them. I had to take my drive shaft off my car and sent them in. It took 3 months till it was done and in the mean time I have customers calling and asking when will it be done. It's not me that slowing down, it's the company that makes carbon drive shafts because they have 100s to make for race cars.

I could have gotten the whole car made out of carbon fiber, hehe. It would look sweet if I did tho, but it's just not worth the money to spend on molds.

Oh, I disbanded the shop and got out of car business and now my drive shaft can be found on GTPro.com. I like making video games better
