Hmm. Maybe the cam timing is off on the car I drove then. The bog is quite noticeable, and makes every step-off a pain. Bog really isn't even the right word... more like a flat spot.

 

Hasn't there been several reports of people instaling cam gears wrong and getting this problem?

I have stage 1+ and drivability is very good other than the idle from the 272's but I got used to it.It can walk a stage 1 car easily at low speeds.

 

I have a stage 1 car and I have driven smogrunner's stage 1+ car. To me, the cars are very identicaly in the low RPM range. The difference between the two is from about 4,000 RPM's on up, Smogrunner's car pulls like a freight train.

My mistake, I thought this would be for a car with an Exede, so I don't know if my comments would apply.
