It will work on top of your Dynoflash.

No it won't override it. Be cautious of what maps you load into the Xede and use, as it will compound the results. The Xede base maps were intended for use on a stock ECU without alterations to ignition, fuel, etc. Best to have the ECU flashed back to stock if you plan on using the base maps or have the Xede customed tuned with the current flash.

Send your ECU to Shiv. Let him know you've ordered the Xede and that your ECU has a flash on it.

it will work just fine since it's a piggyback controller (plug-n-play)

It will work, but the tune will be off and depending on the level of the flash currently on there, the potential to wreck havoc increases. The base maps are built off factory parameters, not an aftermarket flash with manipulated parameters. IMHO, don't take that chance, do it right.

Our baseline maps have been shown to work very well. Unless you want to generate your own custom map to be used with your Dynoflash, I'd recommend sending me your ECU to wipe clean of the Dynoflash. You will not miss it.

Better yet, send it to Shiv and have him clean it up and put on a XEDEflash.

Send the ECU back to Dynoflash for a refund and stock map reflash. Then when you get it back send it to Vishnu for the XEDEflash or just run it.

Keep in mind that Dynoflash does 'back to stock' flashes for free. All you would have to pay for is the fed ex costs.
