belive it or not I'm booked in WC GT driving one of the factory Volvos for the next couple of years & . My team (At Speed motorsports) did give a shot at it and they declined. That was before I knew The Shivster, I'm sure they would have said yes if I had him in our corner . We could make an EVO very competitive in GT without too much trouble

except come when you call it (personal experience ). The only trick I saw Shiv's dog do was run away from me for 30 minutes, I had to call Shiv on the cell phone to come out and help me corral his elusive beast...that X-flash gave him some serious pep!

Just saw that Paul Lambert (Stasis) qualified 9th! That is awesome. Shiv must be strutting around like a peacock (pimp references hard to ignore but I'll take the high road just this once )

They just time cumulative laps so you never get an individual lap time. Paul Lambert did the math roughly because he was curious as well, he said it was pretty damn quick but I don't remember numbers. You can't just average the total time either because of the standing start (so you’re guessing at best).

Heh, let me put it this way... where would the Vish-Evo stand in the GT class times?

Well, I wonder if the Vish-Evo would even be legal for the GT class the way you ran it...

Guess we'll have to wait a "couple of years" to find out!

Yes the EVO could run at the front. D. Bell is a hell of a nice guy and I'm honored to have him as a teammate. We spent a weekend togeather a few months ago and he's top notch and of course we will soon be spending a lot of time togeather

So what's up Shiv...time to pull some strings at Mitsu NA and get a free '05 RS to campaign next year. I'm sure you can find another hotshoe to drive it.

Someone crashed and got burned. I was reading and saw it on the news just before a commercial. What happened?

No, they had like a "braking news" where Dale Earheart Jr crashed his Corvette into a tire barrier. Once the car hit the barrier it broke the fuel filter off a sprayed fuel all over the track and under the car. When the fuel hit the hot exhaust it burst into flames and caught the car and the tires on fire. On the in car video you can see where debris is thrown threw the car when the fuel is ignited like a small explosion. They said that he suffered minor burns and a hurt knee. They also life flighted him from the track.
