I use the GReddy types s but I'm not sure how the spring is set up. I have the RRE version of the GReddy type s and it comes pre-adjusted and ready to install. It works as good as one can expect any aftermarket BOV to work. None of them are perfect, but the GReddy works really good for me. Vishnu sells the Forge. I love the black Forge because it is completely stealthy. It looks like a big OEM diverter valve.

Tomei is selling a "tuned" MR BOV now. Looks pretty neat but I still have to find out what they did to it ??

YES.

I'm using a Greddy Type-S, single spring mod (adjustment screw/bolt tightened down about halfway) and the Lancershop flange. I also have the HKS hi-flow filter installed in the stock airbox ... works very well ... sounds even better.

I just sold my Type-S for the APS Dual Vent. The single spring mod didn't work well for me. The valve seemed to open and close at idle causing it to fluctuate. I have the 264/272 cam setup, so it didn't idle great anyway. When I ran it with both springs, I had too much compressor surge. The car was very jerky at part throttle. So far, the APS valve is working great. Part throttle is a smooth as stock. It's holding 23 psi without any spring adjustment. Plus, it has the VTA sound under hard acceleration.
