Stock Simulation Map and Gain Q?
Stock Simulation Map and Gain Q?
Ok. Decided to combine this into one post. Notice my last post got tons of views just because I made a subject like i was pissed, lol, people love drama. Anyways... Is there a stock simulation map out there by any chance? I am going to be doing some testing on a downpipe and exhaust and would love to be able to get numbers both in a stock form and xede enhanced form without unwiring and rewiring and inserting the boost pill every time. It would be awesome to have a stock map simulation so I could just hook the two spades together and go back to a stock map set (after uploading to xede of course).
Next question, Is there really a noticeable difference in power between SubZero and 0+ ? Should I be expecting a noticeable difference or only a dynoable difference? Thanks!

Don't think there is a stock simulation out there..can't see the need for it in most cases...register for the "chat to Shiv" segment on Tuesday evening and you can get all the Xede support you desire....Details here

There should be a big difference between sub 0 and 0+ the exhaust system adds around 20whp...very noticeable

Ask the Shiv and Aussies on Tuesday. To do one yourself, I think you would leave the knock table at 20, zero out the air/fuel table, and zero out the timing table. I'm not sure where to set the boost though....
The problem isn't tinkering with it, its getting it back to where it was in stock form, lol. I realize there may not be a huge need for this, but it will make testing (and proving the Xede's worth) a bit easier and motivating for me to do if I don't have to unwire and rewire it over and over again. Not to mention the wear and tear on the connectors.

Find a laptop and go tinker until you get what you are looking for.
