Can someone at Vishn respond to my email? I sent 2 emails and left 1 VM in the past 2 weeks and no responses yet. Customer service is lacking...Maybe I'll get better luck here. Here is my simple question to vishnu:

I am signed up for ECU retune in mid september in NJ. I'd like to send my ECU out to get a base map reflashed so I can drive my car with the bigger turbo in the mean time. How quick is the turn around and will I be charged for this service outside of shipping the ECU out back to me?

Hey Moe,

My apologies on this matter. We must've just missed your email/vm. The additional reflash will be 175 + shipping charges. What turbo do you have? Shiv will need to verify that he has a base map that will work for it.

Im sorry noone got back to you but for the past month I have been the only one minding all the companies e-mails and do not have anything from you or pertaining to this particular question. David, I appreciate your help with this and I understand that you get hounded with many emails everyday. I have been sending to sales@vishnutuning.com (the one of your site since thats the only one I saw). I already have an ECUTEK tuned by Shiv. He tuned it back in February of 2003. The mods are VF22 Ported and polished, APS DR500, Turboxs Turboback, Blitz intake with godspeed MAF housing (same size as stock) and Walbro fuel pump/STI injecters.

As for the EVO crowd, my applogies for using your site to get some WRX related questions answered but that was th quickest way to get a hold of Vishnu!
