Hey guys - I have been running around without my cover off for a week or so, so I could play with the timing. Put the cover back on tonight, cranked the car and CLACK, CLACK, CLACK, CLACK, CLACK, ETC.....

Pull the cover off and the gears have chewed up the ridges on the inside of the cover. This ever happen to anybody?

I just figure I will dremel down the ridges and reinstall. Anybody else got any ideas?
