Boost psi?

Hey guys i have a stage 1 and ive noticed my boost spiking to 21 and settling at 19 psi. is this correct? can i run 21 to redline safely?

Seems normal to me,you should hit 21-22 psi around 3500 rpms and it should taper down to 19
