Vivid Racing - News and Updates
Well what a trip the month of April has been. We have been busy alright. I know you have not seen much change on the site but that will change this week. Let me tell you what has been going on.
April 6 we went to the drift festival at Irwindale Speedway and there was a car show as well. We took our EVO 8 and our WRX out there. WRX placed 3rd in Subaru class and the EVO did not have a class, but sure as hell got attention.
Once we returned from the drift show it was full throttle from there. We began getting parts in for the EVO from Japan, planning our schedule, and getting stoked to go on the Gumball 3000 tour. We had a jammed packed 3 weeks ahead of us.
We got in our parts for Project EVO on April 11 and I was off to Gumball on the 15th. Ralliart, Rigid, Monster Sport, and other hot products were ready to install. We also got a sponsor from Rockford/MB Quart for a system.
I took off for Gumball 3000 and did that trip. What a trip it was. Lots of fast cars, hot girls, and partying. Well worth the time. I flew back on Wed and we finished up the EVO for International Auto Salon which we left to on Thursday the 24. Everyone had EVO instead of WRX this year. Out of a total of 7 of them, we had the best and only built EVO there. Our sponsor BF Goodridge made us look strong in their booth and the EVO got the most attention.
Now we are back, relaxing and trying to update our sections. Project EVO is being updated, our technical section is being updated, and new video, slide shows, and pictures are on the way.
In the meantime check out these Quicktime SlideShows of what we been up to.
