Did an Evo 8 this last week. The boost controller went out in the middle of a run, so we will finish tuning later this week.

But got some prelim runs on it and here are the numbers.

The modifications are as follows:

Agency Power GT35R Turbo .83 hotside
Precision Turbo 1000cc Injectors
Vivid Racing Built 2.4L Block
AEM EMS Tuned By Mitch Mckee
Stock Intercooler
Stock Throttle Body
Stock Intake Manifold
Buddy Club Cams--Duration I am not sure bought them from someone else.

Anyways on to the good stuff.



Here is some interesting stuff that happens in these evo's with bigger displacement and the larger turbos.

The power band is great up untill the top of the rev range. You can really see from an engineering stand point the limit of a lot of the stock parts and what the parts are engineered for.

This car struggles to move air up in the top part of the power band. With the combination of the stock intercooler, IC pipes, throttle body, and Intake Manifold, it is getting choked out. With the integration of these parts but in aftermarket form this car will pick up a HUGE amount up top.
