GREAT Experience With Vivid Racing
Hi Guys,
I should have posted this almost a month ago, but I have put it off. I just wanted to take some time and thank every one of the guys at Vivid for making my experience with them remarkable. Their personalized service and attention to detail was very impressive; I had never worked with a tuning shop before and I was a bit nervous going in, but they immediately made me feel 100% at ease.
I came in for the removal of my XEDE and a flash/tune. After consulting with Brett and Mitch, I elected to have a Walbro installed while I was there. They also adjusted my clutch, checked my fluids, and re-ran a vacuum line to my EBC at my request.
The flash and tune are fantastic. Idle, driveability, and the power curve are all just super smooth. I was first and foremost concerned with making safe, reliable power and they accomplished that goal easily. I plan on taking the car back to them when the weather cools off for a checkup on the tune. (I made Mitch's life a bit harder in that respect!

Mitch and the whole crew were extremely careful and meticulous with my car. It runs better than ever and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use their services in the future.
My car is an '05 VIII, RR, SSL, with the Vivid flash/tune on 91, Intake, DP, Exhaust, Test Pipe, Profec II, Greddy Turbo Timer, and 18" Axis Hiro's.
Mitch, if you get a chance, PM me the Part Number that corresponds to the K&N for that AEM intake.
Oh, and the Skyline is flatten-your-eyeballs fast.
