Getting ahold of Vivid Racing for Customer Service
We at Vivid Racing strive for excellence in our products, website, and brand name. We have spoken to several people (and read numerous comments
) and understand frustration. At the volume of sales we do mistakes do happen and we do apologize sincerely for them. With our new 3500 sqft facility, 7 phone line automated system, and new sales people, we are still overwhelmed with communication issues.
To better serve you the customer, we will be adding some additional staff to help guide you through your order and follow up with the appropriate information you need. In the meantime, as the owners of Vivid Racing, it is our job, RESPONSIBILITY, and desire to assist you if you have a problem here at Vivid Racing.
If you cannot get through using the usual automated system or communication channels, please contact us directly. Below you will find a company communication listing as well.

Please remember that if you need to get ahold of Vivid for a customer service related issue to contact using one of the following. If you email the owners Rob or Dan and put your name, number, and problem one of them will call you back.

If you have a issue that is unresolved, then please email or call as described above one of the owners and they will be happy to immediately attend to your situation.
As far as complaints are concerned...with the high volume of orders we do, the manufacturers trying to keep up, and the ever longing not being able to please everyone, complaints are bound to come about. But we do try our best to control them and respond to your needs. Just need to talk to the RIGHT PEOPLE
As far as cencorship this thread is a statement and we can close it if we want to have it that way. To get your situation appropriately handled, posting does not help, you need to discuss with us and we will get you moving.
Anyone that has met us, done business with us, or understands the industry, knows we take care of them.
So as Owners we look foward to talking to you about the problems to correct them. So we cant help if we cant talk...email your phone number, name, and problem to Rob or Dan and consider it fixed!!!
