2.4l GT37R

Hello All,

I am starting to tune a car that we built here at the shop.

Specs are as follows:

2006 Evo 9
Cosworth Head and Cams
VR Built 2.4l
1200cc Inj
AEM EMS
Agency Power Turbo Kit
Garrett GT37R .82 A/R
Magnus SMIM

I think that is it.

I am just getting started right now. I will report back with the results.

I am back with a bit of news. I got a couple solid runs in last night on just wastegate spring pressure but it is coming along. Later tonight I am going to continue and turn up the boost and we will see what we can get out of it. I expect good power out of pump gas and I will be sure to post all of my info.

I will also be posting datalog's for you guys that are a bit more technical. It is building boost pretty quick with some more tuning of the timing I think we can get it even faster.

Remember this is only wastegate pressure. I will continue this later on tonight.

Ok here is some more.

This run was at 19psi. The final run of the day we ended at 440hp and 380ft/lbs at 22psi. I am going to let the customer have some fun with it and then come back and do the race gas map.

Thanks for looking,

Also when I get a chance I am going to put up all the different turbo options we have done on 2.3l and the 2.4l. I know a lot of people have been asking about the strokers with different turbo's so I will show a bit of our data for those that have not already seen it.
