Vivids negative image?
Ok, so lets say I make an order. How long can I expect until I get my items on average? Like I said, I do understand that you will not keep every piece in stock all the time... you try to deal too many things for that to be reasonable. I just don't care to be caught holding my junk with the track season upon me with no parts to finish my projects.
Are you guys are going to go to the mat to make sure I have what I need when I need it? If it can't happen you will be honest and make it right?
I am sorry to be a bit of an a$$ about this but I have seen enough of the same sorts of stories that there is more than just rumor.

We do our best to make sure everything will reach our customers on time, and if it's not we will give you a heads up or give you options on other products, or get you your money back, if I can't get you something I'll point you to someone who can or has it in stock. I understand that not everything goes as planned. it's a lot easier to pay attention to negative things and look over the positive.
scorke - I'm sorry to hear about the service you have received, I understand the frustration of not getting information on parts you ordered as I have been in that situation my self. There's really no excuse as to the service you received and I apologize. Please feel free to contact me and maybe we can go over your orders and I can do something for you.
