Talking Excellent Customer Service For Vivid

To all that are gonna buy from vivid,

As you know vivid racing is a very well established company but that doesn't get customers. Good Service does and thats what I was showed by vivid.

I ordered a few parts from them and had to have it here with 3 days. You know what EVERYTHING arrived before the deadline I was shooting for. All my E-mails were responded to promptly with honest answers.

This is the quality satisfaction that one looks for and demands and this is why I buy from vivid.

Thanks Dan for everything and you KNOW You'll be hearing from me in the future.

Ah the overdone public praise in exchange for a discounted price- I can hear it now - Vivid voice: If you give us the positive feedback for completing your simple order and put our name in your sig then a nice fat discout is in store for you helping polish our image to you man glad they could simply ship out your products in a timely manner as if thats the above and beyond that got you excited enough to post this

WOW how bout this you take your head out your *** and realize some people are happy about getting good customer service once in awhile. I've been screwed in the past pretty badly (a 2300 tranny) and I'm always happy to have things go the RIGHT way.

If you sold stuff and had great service I'd say the same about you, plain and simple. There's no reason to even say what you said useless your just a d*ck.

BTW this was no simple order.

Actually the was my idea not theirs and if I get something else done like a dyno flash or anything I throw that in there too wait why am I argueing over the internet bahh thats just gay.

I happy and thats all that matters
