Umm Yeah, please do not paint any car that color. There is a M3 with that color here in Austin, and i think it looks ridiculuous. It is a color that belongs in a nursery, or on a cartoon character. There is no reason to put such an innicent color on such a mean car. There are many better options. I personally like dark colors with metallic in them. However, if you want to, go for it. I would suggest updating your website and some of the so called "project cars" that never seem to go anywhere. How long are you going to claim that the S4 is a project car and do something to it instead of listing the factory options that came with it?!

 

How about a satin/primered/clear coat look like the dark silver Scooby at the SEMA show? I think that will look hard.


Also, why don't you get the carbon canards already?

fawk what other say! seriously IMO paint it any color you want kus you got the ***** to back it up...if you really want to go JDM alot of the JDM Companies and car clubs have gone through a phase of painting their cars some bright, eye catching colors...trust me...paint it hot pink i still would think that car would rock!

plus im getting sick of seeing every EVO being the same color...i saw another EVO white with the CWest kit looks just like yours but this one was sporting Gram Lights bleh...it looked dope...but it looks just like the vivid evo...its about time people start building evo's and painting them in different colors asside from the factory paint. I've seen a pink EVO3 in Japan i cant recall what company did it but that car ran 10's on 1/4 but it was a drift spec evo3 with wicked front camber fender flared! imagine a pink evo3 with fender flares pushing close to 500hp and going side ways? i wouldn't want to f* with that...wouldn't talk sh*t either.

 

**** so thats a second on the hot pink idea! seriously maybe get your bride seats coverd with pink fur and it will be like that chicks car from 2fast 2 furious! wow i would be down imagine the feeling of pink pur interior as your drivin canyons mmmm haha j/k im really likeing the flat colors they are starting to paint cars maybe a flat white or maybe flat blue or anything flat colored would be awsome and be on with the new trend and im sure it would be a "show stopper" cause dam your car already makes me warm and tingly mm new turbo and new paint i think i might have to get my team to beat up dan and steal his car = P hehe anywho Rock on VIVID! im sure it will be amazing no matter what you decide

 

from what i've heard from talking to some paint shops about those flat "primered" paint looks is that they are alot harder to take care of and they also said touch ups for little scratches and dings from rocks would mean having to repaint the whole area all over again...there's no touch up paint that will give that same effect. $$$$$$ considering its a new paint technique and really popular style now expect to pay big bucks for it.


as for the pink thing...i wouldn't go as far as going with pink fur seats...



Ab-Flug released a TRIO of pink cars a 900bhp Supra, 800bhp RX7, and a unknown spec Track Attack Porsche that set records on the Nurburgring i dont know if that record stands but they did set a record there. Yeah they all had pink brides too...wish i could find pics of them but they did have pink brides not fur though i remember seeing the three cars at Tokyo Autosalon back in like 99 or 2000.

I like ishi's idea. Maybe painting it the champagne EVO VII color wouldn't be a bad idea.

 

just paint it something thats not a common evo color...red,white,bby,black and yellow im sick of seeing so many evo's with those colors...dont get me wrong clean is dope but i see too many evo's that look to much damn the same...someone's got to stick out!
