Excellent Customer Service @ Vivid
I spent most of the afternoon going back and forth with Gabe @ Vivid in regards to a problem my friend had to do with an intercooler and piping (which he did not buy from them).
Gabe not only helped out with a problem that he stood to make no money from, he also made suggestions on how to fix the problems. He responded 3 times in less than 30 mins to my emails.
Thats what I call excellent customer service. They help you out even when you didn't spend a dime there.
