#2191 what is the status on this order? i was told it should ship this week, and sales@vividracing.com nor tracking@vividracing.com seem to want to reply to me
Who was it that told you it would ship out this week? we have the rear pads available but the front pads are not available for another 3-4 weeks. would you like to cancel your order or proceed. i can ship out your rear pads asap if you like, but we cannot do anything about the front pads. in the future it is wise to check for availability first by calling us, also it saves you a day on processing orders and gettin gthem shipped out. if you have anymore questions or want to talk to a rep directly please call me at 1-866-44-vivid ext 226.

I apologize for the delay. When you ordered the product we didn’t have them in stock here but we were waiting to get in touch with the U.S distributor as they were out of the office at a car show for the past 5 days. We had planned on just shipping them over night when they got back from the show to get them to you as quickly as possible, however, they let us know today that they will not be in stock for about 2 weeks. Here is what I can do for you
You can keep the order and we will ship when they are in stock and we can offer you 10% off your next retail purchase
Offer you a good discounted price on the Ferodo pads which we do have in stock
Refund you your paypal money
Please let me know what you would like to do

that was on Tue 5/25/2004 12:20 PM, that i was told 2 weeks.... 1 week from the 25th is June 1st.... and the second week is this very week...
