How much to inject?
I use denatured and water 50/50 , I have moved up to 1 300cc nozzle from aquastelth on e bay. I was told a 300cc would work for a 300 hp engine . I went from a 200 to a 300 and did not feel or see any change. Do i keep going up until it bougs the engine? how much is too much? should i go with more water for cooling? All i am trying to do i keep it from detonation and get to 91 octane gas. i am using a mix of 100 and 91 now. I just ordered another bung . so i can add another nozzle. the next size up is a 600. and i just don't think it could handle it. I have a vw buggy air cooled engine. any ideas ? or just keep going up until it hurts then go down one size?
I don't have a progressive setup so i will be using 2 pressure switches and 2 valves. the smaller of the 2 will come on early and when the boost starts to hit hard the second will come on. so it will not boug it down on the lower boost and rpm's Does this sound correct? thank you.

I have head temp gauge and my ears for the knock. that is about it. I do use a mallory hyfire ignition with map. it allows me to adjust timing and retarding. works great. set on the side of safe to prevent knock. i have had to replace pistons due to knock. That was before the new ignition.
OK i added another bung for a second nozzle. not injecting 450cc 50/50 alky and water. It still goes like crazy . Now the tank empties quickly. 2 qt tank. then again i am boosting all the time and not driving . I dont know if i should try more injection or not? when is it too much. I have not felt a down side yet. still lots of power. main thing is to keep ping and detonation away from my engine.
