Aquamist 2d install Question

Hi,
Before anyone flames me or tels me how to use my search function....heres my Q please

I installed a 2d system (plenty on subarus but not on evos)

FIA requires to connect the fuel injector to the red and gree wires (one is power and the other signal)

I connected the system to the seconf injector from the right (facing the car) green to green and red to red. All lights work but the system does not open the HSV - 0 voltage going through, so i figure the FIA is not revieving the right singnal.

I did a evo in the past and it worked when i conected the red injector wire direct to the positive of the car batery (this is the red wire for the fuel injector) - If i connect to the positive of the batery it works and opens the HCV to spray, but the HSV get so VERY hot that i dont think it will last.???

Where else can this be coneced on a Evo to ensure the HSV doesent get all that battery juice? Seems the injector wires may have some resistors in the line???

Grateful for your help.

A
