IM curious as to how the smc nozzle mounts. Based on what was supplied it looks like the nozzle just screws in and then it points towards the other side fo the pipe. I thought its suppose to point towards the throttle body... kinda like this https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/at...3&d=1107842010

 

Great question. I also asked that question in person to other Evo owners using the same kit, specifically speaking (Al and Abner).

I also thought that the opening of the nozzle should be pointing with the flow of the incoming air for better flow and velocity but Al told me the last time that he prefers agaisnt the flow so that when the mist disperses from the tiny whole it strikes the incoming air flow and mixes it better. Off course you will loose velocity in exchange of better mixture.

Does it make sense? By the way, my set up has the nozzle pointing agaisnt the flow just like Dynoflash told me so.

Well what they supplied me theres just a nozzle it looks like they want it just tapped into the pipe and it would make the nozzle face the other side of the pipe basically not pointing towards either..... mine looks just like whats on their site though... https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...O8Alkykit1.jpg
