ok i know a progressive kit would be the best way to go but ive been readin alot and this looks like a kit that would be good for me as im on a pretty tight mod budget...

make sure you run a good failsafe with that

if it ever fails, your motor is toast

 

Most of the kits all come with the shurflo 150psi motors (not aquamist or underdog) and so after that your talking accessories, that kit looks simple enough to install and its def cheap, i would follow slowcars advise and get some sort of failsafe like a flow meter/boost dump solenoid in case of a clogged nozzle or pump failure, but as a base kit, looks fine to me.
