Flow sensor or pump not working?

I have a methanol injection system. It is controlled by a switch and monitored with two small lights. The red light comes on when the switch is on, or stays off if the fluid level is low/empty. The green light comes on when the meth/h2o is flowing. These lights are located next to my boost and egt gauges which are installed where the stereo was relocated from. During the winter when the temperatures were really low, the gauges would freeze. Not frosty or anything, just were stuck. Now that it's warmed back up a little bit, they're back to working, but I am unsure about the light that monitors the meth flow. It doesn't come on at all, but I don't know whether it suffered a fatality during the cold or the meth actually isn't flowing.

What could cause the meth system to suddenly not flow? I'm no mechanic but it seems more likely that the light is just dead given the recent history of it's neighbors.

What are some of your thoughts?
