WI set up
hi guys, let me tell you my new setup and tell me if it will work.
I was running a Hydra ems that was supposed to switch maps for me when water was being injected. For a number of reasons I never was satified with the setup.
Now, going back to the stock ecu.
I plan on tuning my ebc to run 15 or so max psi and it will switch to 22 max when water is squirted. I have the older DDS 3 which will supply the ebc with a signal when it can up the boost.
Meanwhile I will run a typical tune through 15 psi on the ecu, but from there on I will try adding a bit of timing and a leaner afr.
the system is comprised of an Aquamist 2 D with the older DDS 3 and an E-boost 2.

Yes, that should work, but I would test it out as much as possible before cranking up the boost past 22psi.
OT: FYI, a lot of people (including myself) run 22psi w/o alky at all, on just straight pump gas
