N-tercooler

Hi,
Any body here was use CO2 on intercooler?

is good?

Do you know how many HP´s gain?

Those CO2 intercoolers are more show than go. They do work but you only get 4-5 full 1/4 mile passes out of a 5lb bottle. Much better off to use alchy/meth injection.

I have read somewhere that they dont really work. They do show gains, however the gains are actually from the nitrous that is in the air infront of the car being sucked into the intake and into the motor. Basically it is like spraying a 15 or 20 shot but just wasting a lot of nitrous in the process.

Most of those system use CO2 not N20. They work by cooling the air charge but its a very expensive and inefficient way to do so.

just a waste better to save money for race gas instead of nitrous or co2
