I'm actually in the middle of my install and #2 wire on the 35 connector isn't matching what is on the ecu pinout chart. Its suppose to be a green wire, but mine is a red wire with silver dots. Any help to get me pointed in the right direction would be appreciated. Everything else is matching up.

 

wire #2 is RED, not green.

i've done a few in such hurry that i didnt even notice the silver markings.

 

Make sure you aren't looking at the connector the wrong way. You should be looking at the back of the connector (where all the wires go in) as it's plugged in.
