Im running a pt67 with an aem ems. With my 2step I can build about 15psi off the line but I have my meth set to come on at 10psi. Im doing an ignition cut 2step. Should i just raise the meth injection to come on about 16-17 or does it not hurt to have it spray during a 2step.
I have only launched the car on low boost without meth so far. I never tried on high boost cause my clutch is starting to slip now.

I have been experimenting the same situation with the same turbo, I was also activating the injection at 10psi. I did notice if you use an ignition based 2 step the backfire is very violent when the meth comes on so I was wondering the same after this test. For the time being I went back to a fuel cut based 2 step to launch at about 9-10 psi.
I have never launched the car with an ignition based 2 step before (Always used fuel cut 2 step) but when testing the ignition cut it did seem to build boost very fast and earlier, wonder if you can launch good at lower rpms on the line with it.
With the ignition cut and rpms set at 5500 im building 15psi. I think thats a pretty low rpm for that much boost. At first I had it set to 6k and it was building 20psi.
I have never tried the fuel cut. I might mess around with it tonight.
