Water Injection basics

this must be well documented any links?
i'm wanting to know if there are any simple
math to work out flow rates needed for power
outputs and is that rpm specific?
if using a very basic WI system, am i best to tune
for max power or max torque?
obviously a fast car has a broad torque band
but if its not possible due to system limitations
to maximise torque and power should flow
be calculated to meet max power requirements
as my flow rate is fixed.
?
