*New to Water/Meth* Advice & Guidence Needed!

Hey All,

Im kinda new to the whole W/M Injection, but I was hoping you guys could answer a technical question that I have in regards to ECU Flashs, and perhaps give me a little bit of advice...

Now, ive been thinking of buying a water/meth injection kit, and I would like to run it on the track and high stress enviroments..

What I was thinking of doing, is having my usual boost settings of 19psi (track) and 22psi (street), but when I put the 'Auto' on the intercooler spray button, it acivates a 2nd map while also acitivating the water/meth kit.

On this map I would like to run more aggressive timeing so I can use the 22psi setting on the track, while making more power, and it being SAFE and cool. Also, apon pushing the 'auto' FMIC spray, it puts the sprayer on auto like usual, but only to activate when intake temps or knock counts begin to rise...

'Manual' setting will do exactly that, just a manual squirt.

Is it possible to run duel maps on a stock ECU?

My current (and ongoing mods) is as follows;

  • HKS 264 Degree Cams (Yet to be fitted)
  • 3" Fujitsubo RM-01A Exhaust
  • 3" TurboXS Front Pipe
  • 3" TurboXS High flow Cat (I have a 3" MIL.SPEC 100cell Metal Cat waiting to be fitted)
  • Gruppe-M Ram Air Intake
  • Hypertec Suction Pipe
  • Plazmaman Spec R Intercooler Pipe Set
  • HKS EVC 5 Electronic Boost Controller
  • Walbro 255l/hr Fuel Pump
  • Flash Tune

Regards,
Alex
