Aquamist HFS-5 poblem...
Currently I've install in the HFS-5 on my car, and it was set up using injector pulse. It work fine. Then we decided to switch to set it up by boost signal and I can see it activates but it doesn't seem to be flowing. Currently it activates 16.5 psi. Any help its appreciated.
What version DDS3?
Also when you say you "set it up for boost" please elaborate. List EVERYTHING you changed and I should be able to help you figure out what went wrong.

Yes, the newest version DSS3,
Instead of reading iinjector pulse, I disconnected the cable from the injector signal and ran the cable to the map sensor.
When I mean activate, since this an Evo X it has 3 bar map sensor it activates the system when it hits 16.5psi (it turns the red light on the small box and at the end of the bars on the DSS3 it turns on I believe a red B letter)
But the flow bars on the DSS3 dont turn on and the pump doesn't seem to be turning on. When I ran the test the bars moved until 4 bars more or less and the pump seemed loud (this may be since the car was not rev) the system injected methanol cause the car had trouble starting up.

I previously had the wire connected to the injector signal cable. Sowhat I did is connected to map voltage signal cable. I believe I was correct cause the system is activating when boosts hits 16.5PSI.

The v10 has individual input for MAP sensor and PWM. When you want to change over, just relocate the jumper link.
You can leave the fuel injector wire in place. Just run a separate wire from the MAP sensor to the appropriate DDS3v10 input (MPS IN)

I have asked you a bunch of times....what version DDS3 do you have? It says it on the junctin box. It makes a difference as to what needs to be done.
Also - trial and error is really not a good idea with the advanced electronics in the DDS3. You can easily burn out the board by connecting the wrong wire in the wrong place.
The instructions included with your kit cover this situation so please do read them. I am happy to help you sort out your goal but we need a little more info and a bit of patience on your end.
Please don't just go connecting wires if your not certain what it will do.

I'm very sorry is version 10. I didn't connect anything but I was with my mechanic during the installation and he decided to switch from injector pulse to Map signal. I have the following jumpers connected ,MPS and the other one is in PRK. I'm not impatient at all

thanks for the info.
with the v10 it is very easy to switch from IPW to MAP. You leave the wires connected as they were. You must feed in the IDC signal into the PWM pin #17. Then you feed in the map sensor signal to MPS pin #18
Then you put the jumpers to MPS and to PRK.

I know by a fact that my friend went ahead and disconnected the injector signal cable and use the same cable to intercept the map signal cable. But he didn't move the cable on the small box. If he disconnected the wire from the injector signal and connected it to map sensor, then the DDS3 has no idea what the injector is doing. This is why it will not spray anything but will trigger. It is saying ok I will turn on, but then when it tries to match the IDC there is nothing there.

IDC - Injector Duty Cycle - same as what you call injector signal.
