What did you set the min flow to? What is the max amount your system will flow?

well, I am still having fail safe woes. I have my VC25 set to start at around 7 psi. The Full spray is around 15 and the fail safe is set a little less the half way. maybe <225ml/min. I still can not get a clean 4th gear pull. I don't know if its a false reading, inaccurate dials, not spraying what I am asking it to spray. My next course of action is going to be removing the kit and reinstalling it for no other reason then to hope to uncover a problem I cant see. 1-4 still rocks hard. It just seems like I am boosting to fast and beating the fail safe. If I do remove and re-install the setup I may consider having the IFS-10 fail safe and pump on separate lines rather than wired in parallel.

Try turning down the trigger point a little bit perhaps. But then I don't know what your flowing or what your max boost is set to.

i have tried all different start psi point...i assure everyone that is not the problem. Dan is testing out another evo on friday with the same issue that im having and is supposed to get back to me. Possibly a software update that could potentially solve my problem...keep your fingers crossed

The failsafe had a reverse logic and was fixed around december last year. Basically if you turn of the car the boost cut solonoid would be energized and get extremely hot. It drained my battery!!
Dan then reversed the logic on the failsafe so it is unenergized at start, then when flow starts its energized.

Now, because the failsafe solonoid is providing wastegate pressure until flow starts. you have to start the flow extremely low, like 4-5 PSI because of the delay, that way there is no caught up at 12-15psi.
try this and see if it fixed the problem, just set the start flow at the lowest pressure and increase the low flow alarm to a higher flow.

just wanted to say once again Labonte has terrific customer service. My failsafe broke again with same problems before. 1 phone call and he is swapping it out for me for the peace of mind. Thanks Dan.
I am ordering parts also.

+ a million on customer service. Dan was awesome over a long duration in sending parts back and forth and testing. In the end I wound up with a functioning kit and resolved my issues with a different wiring setup
