Just saw some articles online on how to make your own, just thought i'd ask if anyone has ever done it... or does do it.

When you say "make" your own, do you mean grow and process E from scratch? Or do you mean blend your own by mixing 93 octane and E100?

IIRC, I think TTP is blending their own so as to be assured of exact and consistent blend. I can understand that for a shop race car. However, for street use that would defeat the whole concept of E85 being a pump-gas race-gas for the averageman.

I was only wondering because I was looking for E85 stations online that were local to me and they're are none... then I came across the make your own thing, so I thought i'd ask.

I think when shops state "blending their own", its not hard to figure out what they are adding to the "E85".
