guys - me and 8 other Evo-NY guys went to So Cal for the JGTC Event. This was the first time for most of us out there - and all I have to say is that California rocks. I love your fast food places (Jack in the box, in-n-out burger and Del Taco) - I mean we don't have those fast food restaurants out here in NJ

Anywho we flew out of NY (JFK Airport) via jetBlue at 8:20 p.m. and we flew into Ontario airport and arrived at 11:30 p.m. We stayed like 5 minutes away from the airport at a Marriot Residence Inn located at 2025 Convention Center Way
Ontario, California 91764 USA - across the street from the Ontario Convention Center. We rented a Ford Explorer and a Pontiac Grand Am.

Our first night there (around 12 a.m. ish ) we got jack in the box and we then went to the hotel and slept.

Friday we all woke up and we did many things. We went to pick up a friend of EvoJimbo's in Montery Park where we spotted a girl driving a GG MR. We then took a ride to the Super Autobacs, followed by going to Hungtinton Beach where we ate at a place called Crabby or Crabby Shack (something like that), which took about 2 hours to serve us our food - but it was good

On our way back home we spotted a White MR (right on Beach Blvd.)

Also Chris (formely known as ChrisinHB, but I don't know his screename now) stayed at our Hotel with Adam from Z1 Performance. We all went to get Chinese food in Montery Park before heading out to the Bar/ Strip club.
Friday night we went to Sunset Blvd. where the majority of the guys went to Miagi's on Roxbury Ave., while I and another member went to the strip club across the street (Body Shop) since we weren't of age to get into the Bar. The strip club was awesome but a little on the expensive side.

Saturday we all went to JGTC and we all had a blast. Met a couple of the So Cal guys.

Sunday we went to the JGTC event again and also to check out the D1 Drift Event. ( I had an extra ticket and VIP pass to the event - i offered to sell and and no one wanted it, and then I offered it for free and no one wanted it either ) Today I also met Rob (coolguy) and some other members.

We flew back out to NY at 12:20 A.M. and arrived in NY time at 8:20 a.m. Man was I beat and tired.

I've never seen so many Evos in one 4 day weekend in my life


All in all I had a blast In So Cal and I DEFINATELY want to come back.

come back again.... i was at jgtc. i fell in love. it was like i went to disneyland. i didnt want to live. i cant wait for next year. jgtc freaken rocks.

 

yes I also had a blast in so cal but when we got back to NYC we froze our ***** off it was 17 degrees with out the wind chill..... sucked because it was almost 80 degrees in cali
