Official "I Hate Tustin Mitsubishi" Thread

Im sure some of you know already that i USED to work there for a good 7 month chunck of my life. Anyways, this thread was created to warn everyone of that place and to stay clear. Some of you had good experiences, some bad (Mostly Bad) and today they finally pissed me off so much that I had to make this thread.
There were new managers appointed in early July (Omar, Steve and Larry) and ever since then it has been hell. I have seen them deny refunds to customers when they themselves were at fault, I also witnessed them straight out lying to customers just to get them where they want. I can honestly say that the new managers seem to be the biggest crooks I have ever met.
Everyday i try to make a good name for that company and it takes one of the managers about 5 second to trash their name again because of their pride.
I hope someone from Tustin Mitsubishi is reading this right now, especially Omar. I want to tell you to check your mailbox soon because I have a letter coming for you from the government for trying to steal my money and im not going to take it lying down like you thought I would.
Anyways just so you know who this is. its Marc M and i want everyone to come out and tell me what bad experiences they had with Tustin Mitsubishi in the past (or are still having) I am not going to rest until that dealership shuts down and they are all out of work.

The dealership raped me up the *** for my 2002 OZ Lancer... $19,850 for the damn car back in august 2002. Doesnt even have a sunroof (wasnt available in 2002) and no leather interior... no factory alarm even.
Next issue occured about 5 months after i bought the car. I swerved to avoid a car on the surface street and my front driverside tire took a rather good bite out of the curb. Hard enough to literally bend the rim in 1 inch and cause the whole driver side of the car to come off the ground 2ft and slam to the ground blowing both driverside tires. Now I towed my car to tustin mitsubishi to inspect the damage and they said "you only need a new rim"...
I stupidly paid $400 for the new rim and another $200 for new tires (tires from pep boys) and my car STILL pulled hard to the left and the steering wheel shimmied rather violently. I asked the dumb**** service manager at tustin mitsu to drive it and see the problem for himself and he said "that's normal". I demanded them to check the car again and they checked it and even said it was perfectly fine. I had the car towed to anaheim mitsubishi and they found that my control arm was BENT BEYOND RECOGNITION, and if I were to drive any further with the car the wheel would have detatched completely from the control arm. So I ended up having to pay anaheim mitsu $650 for the new control arm and some misc parts and the labor to re-install everything. Afterwards my car drove good as new.

I discourage EVERYONE and ANYONE I can from going to tustin mitsubishi (even strangers i dont even know).

OK seriously I think they just may be ****ing retarded and please excuse my language it has been an extremely long day and this just really pissed me off. I ordered a new ic sprayer switch over 2 weeks ago I was told it was gonna be here the last tuesday of the december whatever day that was... so I drive up there on thursday cus i was busy all week get there and oh what do you know they dont have it no big deal right they tell me it will be here no later that yesterday being friday I say ok thats fine I wont be able to get til late saturday or sunday morning they say ok thats fine it will be waiting.
So I get home today think nothing of it i call them today (saturday) to ask if its in yet and oh what do you know parts department already closed. ****ing sweet I say thats fine I will just call tomorrow and see if its in. she says oh no we are closed tomorrow. ok so the parts department is closes at 4pm and not open on sunday why the **** would they tell me to come get it late saturday or sunday then?
are they ****ing retarded? honestly? this is obviously not something new to them if they always close on saturdays at 4 and not open sundays WHY DO YOU TELL ME TO PICK IT UP THEN? are you just trying to waste my time gas and energy? Then they go about *****ing that they have a bad reputation kick people off there lot threaten to sue socalevo... I love the fact they promise me parts will be on certain days i come in 3 days later then they are supposed to giving them some extra time to dick around and they still manage to not get anythign done.
After my last 2 experiences there sitting there for 6 hours for my free oil change and tire rotation and them only managing to do the tire rotation before I took my keys and left. and me getting there to pick up my ic sprayer switch and it still not being there for the second time I honest to god hope they go out of business and never sell anything ever again becasue they obviously cant handle it and they dont even have the common courtesy to call me and tell me it is or isnt in. If they had done that I wouldnt have thought twice about it but the fact they are just lazy and make promises they cant keep just drives me insane. I think that would be some what logical and be a good way of starting to rebuild they ****ty *** reputation. how can they expect to sell an object for $35,000+ when they cant even do a ****ing tire rotation without taking 6 and a half ****ing hours then have the nerve to literally yell at me for being upset when I ask for my keys and tell them I just want to go home...

I'm 49 years old and have bought close to 20 new cars in my life. Tustin Mitsu is unquestionably the WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with. I arranged a deal over the phone for a new EVO with the young salesman who started this thread. I got there an hour later, test drove the car, and sat down to finalize the deal. Some moron walked in and offered more money for the car while I was working on the paperwork. They sold the car out from under me. I walked up to the buyer and told him he paid too much. That was the truth. As I walked out the door of Tustin Mitsu, pizzed as all hell, the sales manager chased me out of the dealership and threatened to beat me up. What a complete jackass.

tustin mitsubishi blows goats, i had them check out a problem i was having and they returned it to me saying it was nothing, i took it to south coast mitsu, turned out my rotors were warped and i had a busted conrtol arm, and a wheel bearing was broken
