Here's the article from the paper I scanned in. I'm looking for more pics still.

I wonder what did really happen. 80 on the 101 sounds about right, and that's not when I am in a mood to have fun...

80 swerving in and out of traffic isn't going with the flow, that is what I believe went down ... but that's just speculation on my part.

Well, I am led to believe it was an MR. My aunt who lives in Mesa was backed up in traffic and said that one of the cars looked just like mine. So, I assume it was a graphite grey MR.

I talked to a buddy of mine today who works at Tempe Mitsubishi and he said: The MR and the BMW were racing - weaving in and out of cars, and they ended up trying to weave into the same lane. The BMW clipped the MR sending it into the cables, throwing the driver from the car, and catapulting the MR into oncoming traffic. It was definitely an MR, however, the wreckage was barely identifiable as it was crushed by the cement truck that tipped over. If the driver wasn't thrown from the car, it's likely he would not have lived.

If you look at the picture in the article I posted, I believe that's the MR under the cement truck. But it's hard to say, you can't really tell what kind of car that is.
